-- round one --
Kent and Laurel(?)'s Bollywood: You cannot convince me that it's a coincidence that he got a style and choreography that's perfectly suited to his goofiness. Still fun, though. (His knee spins need work.)
Lauren and Twitch's Hip Hop: It was good, I guess. It completely failed to interest me, but I'm pretty sure that was the choreography, not the dancing.
Robert and Mark's Jazz: At first I thought it was another one with so-so choreography, but halfway through I realized that, actually, the dancing just wasn't as polished as it has been and it was throwing me off. It wasn't danced BADLY at all. It just needed a little extra rehearsal to really pull it together.
-- rounds two through whatever (they don't divide up well for the rest of the show, so I gave up trying) --
Lauren and Robert's Contemporary: Lovely.
Kent and Lauren's Jazz: Fine. Maybe a little boring.
Kent and Allison's Contemporary(?): Why do I have nothing substantial to say tonight? But I liked it a lot - it was both pretty and interesting.
Robert and Katherine's Jazz(?): Now that's more like it! Fun and exciting and excellently danced and overall kind of awesome. I could see the interrogation room form around him.
Lauren and Pasha's Cha-cha-cha: Crisp, clean, and smokin' hot. It looked like tough choreography, too. I hate to overuse the word awesome, but I can't come up with a better one. Awesome.
Kent and Robert's Malevos: Why end the entire season on a dance no one has ever heard of on the show before? Oh well. Unfortunately, I can't say that I was impressed. They both looked kind of goofy, and awkward. I think they felt kind of goofy. The producers just tried to sabotage the men, maybe? *adjusts tinfoil hat*
And now I'm off to vote - for Lauren, of course!
